Return & Refund Policy

At Clova Culture, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and stylish in every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return, exchange, and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free. 

Returns

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges 

  • We gladly accept exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or a refund.
  • Exchanges must also be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds 

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Note: We proudly offer free shipping on all orders, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at support@clovaculture.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange 

  1. Email us at support@clovaculture.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our customer support team.
  3. Ship the item back securely in its original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange, refund, or credit.
